vagabond isnt cap stable. It was pulsing to preserve cap. Now it will be 1 minute heavy inty. unless cap recharge will be buffed.

(clue: less sp needed, always hit,can swap for best damage, have more ehp,tanks more, can mwd for longer, weight less,effective vs every ship class,cheaper rigs)

You really really have to give a thought what you are proposing. You can simply nerf nanos easily with hurting speed mods, polys and snakes. DO NOT KILL OTHER SHIPS!! Blaster ships were quite well balanced, atleast BS level, but with these changes they will become obsolete. YOu're touching all ships here. You are giving caldari a huge buff, little buff to amarr and killing totally blasters. Minmatar BSs ('cept typhoon) were already bad. Typhoon isnt bad because it doesnt use minmatar weapons
I guess you dont think the whole picture. In the three years I've played, you're probably proposing the stuidest idea ever. I agree nanos should be nerfed like hell, I do. But you're nerfing so much else at the same time. Stupid Nozh.

Cruise raven is iWin ship. Effective vs everything.Lets all whine about ravens and drakes like some idiots did with speed narf.(but well speed was broken only with multi bilion setups, and raven and drake are broken with avarage player)

WTF a highly speced ship with 5-6 specialised modules can shut down your BC in 70% of the time, without the dps to kill u and in this 30% u can **** him because he have no dps, no tank nothing......

0.0 should be dangerous for all, not just the people that want to roam.
CCP migh as well pour gasoline over the TQ servers. MMO in which you ALWAYS need 15 minutes to be able to safely turn off the game is a dead MMO.
too harsh timers i would go: 1min frigate 2min cruiser 3min bc 4min bs 15min capital(no more ..... huging stations)

The only ones I see complaining about missiles are the "uber skilled speed tankers". Other then that, the rest (must be all the skill-less noobs left then) knows that there aren't many caldari ships that tops the PvP ability of it's class (if any does).
Every type of tank should have a counter, something that keeps them on the toes. All shield tankers are affraid of lasers. All armour tankers are affraid of neuts (everyone is afraid of neuts, but a decent armour tank is only broken when he runs out of cap). Every speed tankers should be affraid of missiles and fast drones. In most of the cases you speed tankers still have the choice of running away when things get too hot. Shield and armour tankers don't.
EDIT: So far I havn't seen anyone complaining when a blastertron gets a wrecking hit of 1000+ on a webbed cruiser in his range... Or should we comment on the tempest's alpha strike???
dont need mwd, web is narfed so you dont need it either. you only need booster an point in torp raven, you have 4 slots left. Shield booster 2 invu 1 boost amlifter. Or you can switch for buffor tank, works preety well as plated setups, but dont cut agility as plated setup does. You talk about flight time, at 20km torps fly to target about 3 sec, so big deal.

Missiles are too powerfull.
Signaturs should be more diffrent at ship classes Destroyer cruiser size sig anyone?
Bs sized misiles normal: signature of bigest bs, explo velocity of slowest one. precision: signature of smalest, explo velocity of fastest. Same for rest calses.
You ask why? Skills increse explo velocity (50% at lvl 5) rigs and boosters effect them too target painter increse signature radious.
So with skills,rigs and bosters you will de very high damage to ship class smaller than intended weapon like cruise missiles vs crusiers etc. But now they just melt smaller ships.
